For instance, another survey has shown that using social media can greatly reduce the cost of customer acquisition - from $10 to $400 per customer to as little as zero. (Hynes, 2011).

            A Nielsen study from August 2010 shows that people spend up to a third of their online time on social media sites, specifically Facebook. (FOXbusiness, 2011). This provides a great opportunity for businesses to connect with customers, provide information, and answer questions.
